Yoga Styles and Types

There are many styles of yoga that teach different systems, traditions, thoughts and practices. In our studio, we serve you with different yoga styles. What they all have in common is their support for the health of your body and mind and the positive effects they have on you. Every style creates a new journey, a new field of discovery. We are happy to accompany you on this journey.
