Shiva
He appears as one of the three great gods (Trimurti) in Indian Mythology.
Known to have destructive properties, Shiva was seen as more mysterious and dark than other gods. Although it represented destruction, it was associated with the destruction of darkness, the ignorance within us.
Ancient sources, who say that this extinction is necessary for change and transformation, to change its shell and to be reborn from its ashes, talk about the transformative effects of daring to change, even though it brings a difficult and painful process.
Resisting change is actually tiring. When we show the courage to change attitudes , thoughts and behaviors that do not serve us , and let them go ; It will be possible to walk from the darkness within us towards the light and be reborn from what we have destroyed.
