Kali Mudra

Mudras are the energy locks that we encounter in the teaching of yoga. They serve a specific purpose and purpose with the different energy flows that we create over various pressure points in the body using the hands and different limbs.

Today I want to tell you a little about KALI mudra. Kali is known as a goddess with a long and complex history in Indian mythology. While the creature of savagery and anger from the earliest times still has the same effect today, more complex Tantric beliefs have at times carried his mission and role to ultimate positions such as the Absolute Truth or the Source of Being. As a result, the more recent (contemporary) devotional movement envisions Kali more as a mother goddess. Kali is associated with many devi (goddess) besides deva (god) Shiva.

The power of Kali is actually great enough to eliminate the demonic and sacred enough to create space for new formations. It comes from the Sansrit word KALA, which means time, this word is actually present in all the moments of life, from the fluid and organic state of the change and transformation we need, the power we need to destroy the things that don't serve us by changing and transforming over time. and motivation is what KALI wants to tell us. As growth and development occur in the space we have created with the power to destroy what does not serve us, you begin to get closer to being the best available to you.

While the challenges that life presents us actually enable us to discover our current strength , we find the strength to embrace these opportunities for growth and change with understanding and compassion . KALI, showing us the guidance, strength and courage on the path we walk, continues to be a source of inspiration for our lives, existing in timelessness from the past to the present for our own transformation. In order to connect with this feminine power within us, we can join our palms together, the index fingers take a long form forward, while the other fingers are wrapped to interlock (you can see it in the photo). This connection, which is strengthened by this integration with the 'OM KRIM KALI' mantra, may be a source of motivation for you in difficult times of life 😊
