Awareness - Awakening

If we talk about the results of the work we do with the body and mind in yoga practice, we can say that the most beautiful fruit of these practices is AWARENESS for us. We talk a lot about the concept of AWARENESS in mindfulness practice. The most important nutrient our mind needs is awareness. In this way, our life path is illuminated with the evolution of the approaches it creates. By getting closer to the essence and the whole, we strengthen the bond we have established. Thanks to AWARENESS, we are liberated from the weight of our painful and distressing thoughts.


But what do we need for correct awareness? Right effort , right attention and maybe right PRACTICES .

How do you say it will be? I will be sensitive to myself during the day. I will be sensitive to my body and my thoughts. I will be sensitive to those around me, I will be sensitive to nature, people I do not know, animals and plants, my neighbors with whom I share the same apartment, my family, I will also be sensitive to my likes and dislikes. In order to experience the nature of being sensitive, are you with me in this one-day practice? Let's see what your mind will tell you to do in order to be sensitive, which you watch with vigilant attention for a day? With the seeds of awareness we plant by working the mind with intention, the sprouts that grow into saplings and the saplings can turn into trees. It will provide a collective benefit radiating from ONE TO THE WHOLE, in fact, what you do for yourself is a service to the whole.
