About the event

Shall we go on an enjoyable journey with you to understand the structure of the human mind and realize our high potential beyond the reality that the mind offers us?

🔆As we rediscover our own minds with the Mindfulness Foundations and Meditation Program, we will benefit from the guidance of the Mindfulness approach. By examining the components that make up this approach together, we will gain knowledge about what we need to do in order to integrate it into our own lives, and we will learn the tactics of enjoying ourselves and our existence within AN with fun practical applications.

In this Yoga Alliance Approved 15-Hour program with Selim Girişol;

  • By learning the Mindfulness Approach, we will gain knowledge about integrating it into our lives,
  • By examining how the Mindfulness Approach came to this day and its roots, we will have the opportunity to look more deeply at what the practice wants to tell us,
  • We will learn the contributions and benefits of Mindfulness to our lives (emotional, cognitive and physical) by examining it in the light of scientific data,
  • With mindfulness, we will develop the ability to look at our mind from a more objective perspective and learn the states of the mind.
  • We will talk about the contributions of the basic principles that make up the mindfulness approach to our lives,
  • We will examine the topics of getting closer to ourselves with Mindfulness, establishing a bond with communicative kindness, self-compassion and awareness,
  • We will examine the concepts of restructuring our minds with Mindfulness and Neuroplasticity.
  • By examining what we need to do to be present in the moment, we will learn to enjoy our presence in the moment with fun practices.
  • By talking about the importance of the relationship between Mindfulness and Meditation, by learning the stages of meditation that will form the basis of our own practice with this approach, we will have knowledge about guiding ourselves and others and have the opportunity to deepen our own practice,
  • You can contact us to participate in this program where we will have the opportunity to experience Mindfulness, Breathing Awareness, Body Scanning and Compassion (Metta) practices.

Who can participate in this program?

  1. It is a suitable program for anyone who wants to learn about mindfulness and integrate these principles into their lives and enjoy their own existence more. Especially if you want to make the mindfulness approach and meditation practice a part of your daily life and do not know where to start, this program is designed just for you.
  2. You can attend the program, which will take place at Yoga Mola on 10 - 11 August, either face to face or LIVE BROADCAST on Zoom.
