Shall we go on a pleasant journey to understand the structure of the human mind and to realize our high potential beyond the reality that the mind offers us?

With the Mindfulness Fundamentals and Meditation Program, we will be benefiting from the guidance of the mindfulness approach as we rediscover our own minds. By examining the components that make up this approach together, we will have information about what we need to do in order to integrate it into our own lives and with fun practical applications.MOMENT In it, we will learn the tactics of getting pleasure and enjoyment from ourselves and our existence.

In this 15-hour program approved by the Yoga Alliance, together with Selim Wide;

  • By learning the Mindfulness Approach, we will have information about integrating it into our lives,
  • By examining how the Mindfulness Approach has come to our day and its roots, we will have the opportunity to look more deeply at what the practice has to tell us,
  • We will learn the contributions and benefits of Mindfulness to our lives (emotional, cognitive and physical dimensions) by examining them in the light of scientific data,
  • With mindfulness, we will develop the ability to look at our mind from a more objective area, and learn the states of the mind,
  • We will talk about the contribution of the basic principles that make up the mindfulness approach to our lives.
  • We will examine the issues of getting closer to our Self with Mindfulness, connecting with communicative kindness, self-compassion and awareness,
  • We will examine the concepts of restructuring our mind and Neuroplasticity with Mindfulness.
  • We will learn to enjoy our presence in the moment by examining the topics of what we need to do in order to be present in the moment, with fun practices,
  • By talking about the importance of the relationship between Mindfulness and Meditation , we will have the opportunity to deepen our own practice by learning the stages of meditation that will form the infrastructure of our own practice with this approach ,
  • You can contact us to participate in this program where we will have the opportunity to experience Breath Awareness, Body Scanning and Compassion (Metta) practices with Mindfulness.

Who can participate in this program?

  1. Learning about mindfulness is a suitable program for anyone who wants to enjoy their own existence more by integrating these principles into their lives. Especially if you want to make the mindfulness approach and meditation practice a part of your daily life and you don't know where to start, this program is designed for you.
  2. The program will take place at the Yoga Break between 12 - 13 August, either face-to-face or on Zoom.ONLINE You can join as well.
  3. 12 August Saturday 10:30-18:00 / 13 August Sunday 10:30 - 18.00
