About the event
- We will learn how to support each other in all groups of asanas, using our hands and bodies confidently.
- We will deepen our practice in asanas and provide support in poses that we find difficult.
- We will find the necessary alignment for all of this, not only in major pose groups such as arm balances, inversions, and backbends, but also in yin poses, working together and learning to trust ourselves and each other.
- This practice is suitable for all yoga teachers and students who want to deepen their practice.
- The weekend workshop is 15 hours in total and is Yoga Alliance approved as part of a 300-hour teacher training program.
