About the event
- In this study, which will last for two weeks, we will learn the formulas of constructing creative vinyasa series using the working principles of the body, intelligence and anatomical facts.
- By incorporating these formulas into any practice (hatha, restorative, personalized…) we will discover that yoga is suitable for everyone, every body, and every age.
- We will experience the series that we have built interactively by applying them in practice.
- It is open to all yoga professionals, those who are continuing their specialization programs and those who have been practicing yoga for a certain period of time.
- A total of 30 hours of work each weekend is part of the Yoga Alliance-approved 300-hour instructor program.
